Before you get started

Good questions. Straight answers.

How the extension works, what stays in your hands, and what to expect before and after checkout.

What does LotBridge do after a vehicle is posted?

LotBridge helps you track dealership price changes, renewal timing, and active or sold vehicles. Saved Facebook listing links make it easier to return to the right post. These tools keep your follow-up work organized; they do not replace reviewing the listing on Facebook.

Does LotBridge automatically publish or edit Facebook listings?

No. LotBridge prepares vehicle details, photos, and descriptions and assists with supported Facebook fields. You review the draft and complete Facebook’s final Publish action. For an existing listing, you still review and confirm price changes, renewals, and sold actions on Facebook.

How do price-change alerts work?

For supported saved vehicles, LotBridge checks the dealership’s listed price against the price recorded for your Facebook listing and flags differences in the extension. You can refresh a vehicle to check its latest information. Checks depend on website compatibility, active LotBridge access, and Chrome running; they are not a live dealership data feed. Alerts appear inside LotBridge, not by email or mobile push.

How does LotBridge track renewal timing?

Renewal reminders use the posting date recorded in LotBridge and your reminder interval. They help you know when to revisit a listing. Facebook controls whether Renew is available, and a LotBridge reminder does not renew the post for you.

What happens when a vehicle is sold?

Move the vehicle to Sold to keep it out of your active queue. On supported inventory pages, LotBridge also checks for signs that a saved vehicle is sold or no longer available. A missing vehicle is not proof of a completed sale, so confirm uncertain results with your dealership. Moving it to Sold in LotBridge does not mark it sold on Facebook—use the saved listing link to finish that step there.

Will LotBridge work with my dealership website?

We check your dealership’s inventory website before sending a checkout link. Compatibility varies by website and can change when a provider updates its pages. Submit your dealership for a compatibility check; there is no charge to send the request.

What Facebook information can LotBridge access?

LotBridge works with supported Marketplace listing pages and the listing information needed for your workflow. It does not read Facebook messages or your personal photo library, and you do not give LotBridge your Facebook password. See the Privacy Policy for account, vehicle, and diagnostic information handled by the service.

Do I need Google Chrome? Can I use my phone?

The LotBridge extension is built for Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop. A LotBridge mobile app is not currently included. You also need your own Facebook account with Marketplace access and authorization to use the dealership inventory and photos.

When will I be charged?

Submitting the compatibility form does not charge you or start a paid subscription. After we confirm the dealership connection, we send a secure checkout link. Your checkout states the plan, price, and billing start date. Plans renew monthly until canceled; applicable taxes may be added.

Is there a free trial?

We do not currently offer a free trial. Instead, we check the dealership connection before payment so you can confirm compatibility before subscribing. You can request a walkthrough if you want to see the workflow first.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Cancel before your next renewal through Manage Billing or contact billing@lotbridge.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with access continuing through that date. See the billing terms for details.

How long does setup take, and who helps if I have a problem?

Allow 1–2 business days for the dealership review. If the connection needs more work, we will keep you updated before checkout. For help after setup, use Report a problem inside the extension or email support@lotbridge.app. Do not send passwords or account tokens.
